Warranty & Guarantee Periods

BirdGard India Private Limited (the warrantor) will repair or replace this product with new or refurbished parts, free of charge, from the date of the original purchase in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship, as follows:


One (01) year from the date of original purchase.

Labor: Six (06) months from the date of the original purchase.

  • This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered.
  • This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use as described in the Operator’s Manual.
  • The equipment should be treated as such, with care and proper handling. Please refer to the Operator’s Manual for proper handling instructions.
  • The warranty does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failures which are caused by products that are not supplied by the warrantor or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration, maladjustment of consumer controls, modification, rental use of the product, or service by anyone other than a BirdGard India Private Ltd, service person. Opening any portions of the BirdGard unit TM will result in the voiding of this warranty.
  • For warranty service, contact us at BirdGard India Private Ltd for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, then send the BirdGard equipment in its original shipping container, postage paid, with a copy of the purchase receipt to the address given.
  • All express and implied warranties, including warranties of the merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.
  • This warranty covers all the electronic equipment mentioned in the proposal. Eagle kites have a warranty period of 06 months only.

Post Warranty Period

  • Option of availing an Annual Maintenance Contract, the details of which will be discussed on completion of implementation of products.
  • We normally will replace speakers free of cost after inspection and assessment by the manufacturer, in the meanwhile an interim piece of equipment will be issued for use, and other parts will be replaced at cost.

It is important to note that this equipment will be trouble free and should not have any technical problem in a minimum period of 5 to 7 years of service.
